Zali would be the realization of the desire, 30 yrs from the creating... within a kitchen area, in a home, in Beirut –a family that, the same as each and every other spouse and children on the globe, was convinced that their mom’s cooking, was the most effective.

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mother and grandmother to total-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived almost all of her life in Lebanon. for therefore extended, she cherished testing her personal recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm did not go away her property’s nest until eventually Zali made available her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown pleasure and keenness for cooking are for you personally and the globe to style!
In all our dishes are flavors that have designed the journey all of the way from Lebanon. You can take many of them back residence!
