Zali is the realization of the dream, 30 yrs within the building... inside a kitchen, in a home, in Beirut –a spouse and children that, similar to each and every other household on earth, was confident that their mother’s cooking, was the most effective.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from comprehensive-time mother and grandmother to complete-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived almost all of her existence in Lebanon. for therefore prolonged, she beloved testing her personal recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't leave her property’s nest until eventually Zali supplied her that chance. Now, her homegrown joy and keenness for cooking are for yourself and the planet to style!
In all our dishes are flavors which have designed the journey all the way from Lebanon. You will take a number of them back dwelling!
We connect with them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: various handmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should purchase and try. They can be geared up by our chef or produced by farmers back property. “Mouneh”is really a Lebanese Restaurants Lebanese tradition of preserving food stuff through the seasons.
