Zali would be the realization of a desire, thirty decades inside the generating... in the kitchen, in a home, in Beirut –a family members that, much like just about every other spouse and children on the earth, was convinced that their mom’s cooking, was read more the top.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from comprehensive-time mother and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived most of her lifestyle in Lebanon. for therefore prolonged, she cherished screening her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm did not leave her house’s nest until finally Zali available her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown contentment and passion for cooking are for yourself and the globe to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors that have built the journey every one of the way from Lebanon. You may take a number of them back again home!
We call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: various do-it-yourself jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should purchase and check out. These are prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back household. “Mouneh”can be a Lebanese custom of preserving meals through the seasons.
